  2. Start a Remote Session
    At the scheduled time, we’ll ask you to:

    • Download and run our remote access tool (see link below), and
    • Read and approve a short consent message.
  3. We Connect and Work on the Issue
    We connect securely to your computer, diagnose the problem, and apply fixes.
    You’ll see everything we do on your screen, and you can end the session at any time.

  4. Summary and Next Steps
    When we’re done, we’ll summarize what we did and recommend any follow‑up steps if needed.

Pricing

Remote support is billed in simple blocks so you know what to expect:

  • Quick Help – up to 30 minutes
    Ideal for small fixes, configuration changes, and simple questions.

  • Standard Session – up to 60 minutes
    Best for troubleshooting more involved issues or multiple small problems in one visit.

  • Ongoing Support Plans
    For very small businesses (1–20 employees) that want predictable support, we can set up a monthly arrangement tailored to your systems and staff.
